I have been waiting for the nice sounds of the rain to tatter against my window pane. The days after the showers reveal the beautiful skies and mountains of California. I enjoy the moments where childhood sayings become a reality that unfolds right before my lens. The first time I saw the "For purple mountain majesties, above the fruited plains" My family and I were driving through the San JoaquinValley while the sun was rising. The eastern mountains were a deep purple and the valleys western edges were laced over with gold. Such a beautiful sight that transformed before my young eyes. This let me know the lyrics of the song I sang along with my 3rd grade classmates, was truly inspired by the wonders in my very own state, and country. These childhood sayings come to life everyday and unfold before our eyes. Myself I enjoy capturing these childhood sayings for a living and cannot wait to share the very next images from my newest adventures.
